What it means..
Squier – a division of the mighty Fender empire. A legit Fender authorised fully endorsed Fender design.
Sonic – part of the Squier range, the entry level
Tele – the shape of the guitar. Single ‘cutway’ body design with 2 pickups.
MN – maple neck (maple fretboard)
BPG – black pick guard (the ‘scratchplate’ on the front is black)
BTB – butterscotch blonde, the colour

A very safe bet when looking at a budget guitar. Don’t go buying on Amazon or online, but from a shop and you’ll get an instrument that you stand a chance of actually being able to learn on. Any cheaper and you’re really making it a lot harder. Rest assured this guitar is check, set up with all necessary adjustments made, and tuned up ready for you to take home and play. Seems very obvious to us, but judging by how busy our workshop is it would appear when you buy from discount warehouses they certainly don’t do that and many shops are happy to ship out guitars that are virtually unplayable !
