Chris (MD, Guitar Mania) says:
“Twinkle twinkle – a little Northstar ! Another winner ! Well we have had quite a few Northstar guitars through the doors now and they just keep getting better. Generally superior in feel and quality to most other brands for similar money so definitely worth checking out if you are in the market for a kids / mini guitar. Like all Northstar guitars it features a comfy low action, checked and tested by us here in store.”

More info:
The Northstar Littlestar NL1BK is a compact, mini-size electric guitar designed to deliver familiar Northstar style and playability in a smaller, more accessible format. Featuring a double cutaway body shape, the NL1BK offers excellent comfort and easy access across the neck, making it ideal for younger players, beginners, or anyone looking for a lightweight and portable instrument.

Crafted from Poplar wood, the body provides a balanced and resonant tone that remains clear and responsive despite the reduced size. The shorter 580mm scale length makes fretting easier and less demanding, helping new players build confidence while also offering a comfortable feel for players with smaller hands.

The Rosewood fingerboard delivers a smooth and inviting playing surface, supporting accurate finger placement and relaxed playing. Combined with the compact body design, the NL1BK offers a comfortable and enjoyable playing experience that encourages longer practice sessions and steady progression.
Finished in a classic Solid Black Gloss, the NL1BK features a timeless look that mirrors full-size Northstar models. The sleek finish gives the guitar a professional appearance, ensuring it feels like a real instrument rather than a scaled-down novelty.

The Northstar Littlestar NL1BK is a perfect introduction to electric guitar playing, offering dependable build quality, comfortable playability, and classic styling in a smaller format. Whether for younger musicians, beginners, or as a convenient travel guitar, the NL1BK delivers genuine Northstar character in a compact and approachable design.
