Fender Brown Derby resonator / blues acoustic guitar

Condition: 8/10
NOTE: Photo is from the Fender catalogue and for reference only, guitar condition is as described below.
Looks in extremely good condition from a few feet away.
Up close you will find a small chip near the truss rod cover and a few small indentations on the rear of the neck. These are just slight indentations but can be seen and can be felt if you try to feel them and focus on them but most people won’t notice them.
It’s had a health check and set up from Jon our in house Guitar Tech and has been set up with a fresh set of Ernie Ball Medium gauge 13 strings which seem to really suit it and bring out the resonance.

More info from Fender on the Brown Derby Resonator:
The Fender Brown Derby Resonator is constructed from a mahogany body with a maple top in a brown stain finish. A ”C” shape mahogany, dual-action truss rod neck with 20 fret rosewood fingerboard leads to a distinctive telecaster headstock with nickel plated hardware.

A special Eastern European ”Continental” cone of hand-spun aluminium with dual screened sound holes produces a pure, resonant tone from this unique Fender instrument. Other fine details include aged white and black binding, maple biscuit bridge and vintage style tuners with aged white plastic buttons.
