What personal data we collect, why we collect it and how we use it
If you make contact with us via email, contact form or telephone we will receive your name, email address and/or phone number along with the nature of your enquiry. We collect this data to answer enquiries and to provide product/sales information. We will also record the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you place an order with us we will receive contact details as per the above section, along with shipping address (and billing address if applicable). We collect this data in order to complete your order and to fulfil our business’s legal requirements.
Our website will capture your payment details however we never store these details and are only passed onto payment processing companies in order to complete payment.
If you provide us with a company or product review we will receive your review text, email address and name. We may use this data on our website on or a third party website to promote our products and service.

We use a third party review site (Reviews.co.uk – https://www.reviews.co.uk/) to invite customers to review our service. On completion of your order we will pass your name and email address to Reviews.co.uk who will send you an email one week after you order to invite you to review your order from us.
We use Google Analytics (https://analytics.google.com/) to collect your website browsing behaviour. This will include your IP address and browser information however no personally identifying information is passed to Analytics providers. The data is used to help monitor our advertising performance.
Parcel Delivery Companies
We share your name, address, email address and phone number with our delivery partners (Royal Mail, APC & MyHermes) in order to provide the delivery of your order.
How long we retain your data
We keep customer records, order information and emails for 7 years in order to fulfil legal obligations. After 7 years we will destroy any information relating to orders and customer information.
We keep all customer reviews indefinitely. If you wish for your review to be removed you may contact us to ask for your review to be deleted.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
