Here's how it works...

GREEN - The "absolutely everything" free delivery area: Free delivery on ALL orders, any size, any value to anywhere in mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland - shown in GREEN on the map. 

Note: if you live near the Blue / Green area (Scottish Highland / Lowland borders) please email us your post code before you buy to check the cost.

Large items will be shipped via FedEx courier on a 2 day delivery service, smaller items via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

BLUE Some items have FREE delivery area:
Scottish Highlands - FREE delivery is available here for small items weighing less than 5kg. This area is showin in BLUE.

These will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery and take approx. 2-3 days typically.

Over 5kg Delivery to Scottish Highlands:
If you live IN or NEAR the BLUE area (Scottish Highlands) delivery will cost from just £6.99 GBP for a guitar sent via FedEx Courier delivery. Amps will cost between £9.99 GBP and £29.99  GBP depending on weight. The map is not exact and there MAY be some addresses that fall into our FREE Courier delivery zone. Please email your post code to us and we will confirm the delivery cost.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles & I.O.M etc etc:
Delivery to non mainland UK, the areas shaded in RED - like Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery is usually chargeable and dependant on the size and weight. This will be calculated when you go through checkout. Typical delivery charges cost between 15.00 GBP and 25.00 GBP for a courier delivery for a standard guitar.

Our free delivery services are non negotiable and please take account this includes handling, card processing, packaging materials, manual packing, paperwork and actual post / courier charges.


Same Day Dispatch schedule:
Order (and pay) before 1:00pm Monday to Friday for a SAME DAY dispatch.
Orders placed after 1:00pm Friday through to 1:00pm Monday will be dispatched on Monday.
Please make allowances for Christmas, Bank Holidays, bad weather, riots etc


Finally.....
We do everything we can to make sure the courier / post office get what they need to deliver your item on time, however we cannot control the way they operate and thererfore there's no possibility that we can accept any responsibility for late delivery. We can sincerely sympathise but we cannot compensate you. Please see our full terms and conditions.

European Delivery:
European delivery is available at £30 for a standard acoustic or electric guitar excluding insurance, more for amps, less for smaller lighter items. For a specific quote to your country please email us for details.
